Apoyo de corazón
Since ever, we had bring healthy food to mexican families and, nowadays, more than ever, we have demostrated our comittment with Mexico to fight against the sanity crisis through a social support program.
The ‘Apoyo de corazón’ program achieved what we better know to do, fresh, nutritive and healthy products for all the vulnerable people, economically affected by the sanitary crisis, to the ones that with love take care of their illness ones and for the workers of the healthy sector that always are saving lives.
In the country, we have delivered, through our business unities, 268 tons of thigh and leg chicken to organizations and goverment entities so they can be distributed to the most affected communities by the pandemic. With this donation program, we have contributed to support healthy alimentation for more than 200,000 mexican families in our neighbor communities.
In the same way, Caldito de Pollo, brought an emotional message to the medical staff and the health sector workers, as well as the relatives who where waiting for someone recovery or any other mexican people who will need it.
Our food truck traveled along Mexico City to daily delivered 1,500 chicken soup, as taking care and relief to the health workers outside the 15 hospital centers. In a following phase, Caldito de Pollo reached 29 hospitals in the states of Morelos, Puebla y Nuevo Leon. It means a total of 82,000 chicken soup delivered in 44 hospitals and more than 80,000 people who were beneficiated by it.
We thank the authorities collaboration as well as strategic allies who where part of these iniciatives to show that we are stronger if we are together.
