The past June 29th, Bachoco was recognized by the Secretary of Labor as one of the companies with the highest participation in the “”Jovenes Construyendo el Futuro”” program.

This year, 3 types of awards were given to the companies that highlighted their participation in the program:

JCF Award- Talent applied to companies for integral training quality.
JCF Award-Talent applied to the company´s commitment with the CCE-TA net.
JCF Award- Talent applied to tutors.

From being recognized by the three categories, Bachoco received the JCF Excellency award- Talent applied, this during the award ceremony at the “Complejo Cultural, Los Pinos, Ciudad de México”.

Bachoco, along with other private companies, has joined with the federal Government to participate into this program of the Secretary of Labor and Social Security, which has the main objective train about 2.6 million youths over their 18s and 29s, from them to acquired necessary skills and abilities, so they can join to the productive strength of Mexico.

Mexicans youth had the potential to generate true and big changes, that is why Bachoco will continue supporting initiatives which contribute to the professional education and also, boost their talent.
